About Element Fresh

As an American-invested catering chain, Element Fresh adopts a high-end Western restaurant management style and provides takeaway service. The company has fifteen restaurants in Shanghai, ten in Beijing, two in Guangzhou, one in Nanjing,one in Hangzhou,one in Chengdu with more to open in the coming months. Most famous for great salads, sandwiches, juices and smoothies, of Asian dishes and a creative dinner menu. Every year since the first Element Fresh restaurant opened its doors in 2002, readers of popular magazines have awarded top honors for its food and service – "Best American", "Best Service", "Best Brunch", etc.
